factory, made by our subsidiary Stanton Redcroft or those manufactured
by other groups.
SERVICING
AND MAINTENANCE
We
recommend that all fire testing equipment be serviced regularly in order
to keep it calibrated and in the best working order. Service visits can
be arranged with the service manager at FTT, who will either arrange for
your local engineer or our UK based engineers to visit you. In addition
to working with FTT instruments our engineers are experienced workers
with equipment initially supplied through our subsidiary Stanton Redcroft,
and equipment supplied by most other manufacturers.
SOFTWARE
FTT
produce a range of software for most reaction to fire test equipment.
Our most popular instrument software packages have gone through several
releases and continue to evolve. The most obvious upgrade being from DOS
to Windows versions. If you need software for equipment that does not
have software fitted or if you wish to upgrade DOS or early Windows versions
to our latest issues please contact us. Our Calorimetry and Smoke Density
Chamber software packages in particular are readily fitted to most instruments.
SPARES
In
order to provide fast and efficient servicing and maintenance we hold
a large stock of spare parts for all products in the FTT and Stanton Redcroft
ranges. Many of these can also be used with other designs including those
that some researchers have developed in house. These can be fitted by
our engineers or mailed to clients for their own use.
