Cost effective plastic quality control

Fire Testing Technology (FTT) are proud to announce that we have recently signed a world-wide distribution agreement to market and sell the identiPol product range, designed and developed by Lacerta Technology. Lacerta Technology possess a team of dedicated instrumentation specialists, working in the field of Thermal Analysis. Lacerta have extensive experience in the design of thermal analysis instrumentation, with staff who have worked for several of the classic Thermal Analysis companies. Lacerta’s designed heating and cooling systems are fitted to several analytical instrumentation and are amongst the most efficient globally. They have developed several Dynamic Mechanical Analysers (DMA), that are now sold by leading Thermal Analysis companies around the world. Their knowledge of polymers and their properties lead them to develop the identiPol product range. The introduction of identiPol to FTT’s product range allows FTT to offer new and existing customers this state of the art device.

The identiPol product range offers simple to use, affordable instrumentation for the plastics industry. identiPol bridges the gap between the basic plastic tests found in traditional quality assurance facilities and the complex instruments of the scientific laboratory. Although small and compact, the instruments measure the same physical parameters as the research and development (DMA and DSC) from which its technology is derived. This brings simple materials Quality Control (QC) and analysis into the Plastics Industry.
