Service

FTT offer worldwide support for fire testing instruments manufactured in our factory.We recommend that all fire testing equipment be serviced regularly in order to keep it calibrated and in the best working order. Service visits can be arranged with the service manager at FTT, who will either arrange for your local engineer or our UK based engineers to visit you. In addition to working with FTT instruments our engineers are experienced workers with equipment supplied by most other manufacturers.

Global Instrument Service and Support

FTT offer Gold, Silver and Bronze service programs. These programs focus on maximising the performance of customers instruments, minimising downtime and optimising laboratory productivity.

Spares

In order to provide fast and efficient servicing and maintenance we hold a large stock of spare parts for all products in the FTT range. Many of these can also be used with other designs including those that some researchers have developed in house. These can be fitted by our engineer’s or mailed to clients for their own use.
