测试电缆燃烧过程生成的气体

国际电工委员会IEC 60754第一和第二部分测试是通过测量pH值和电导率来确定电缆中材料燃烧过程中生成气体的酸性。

线缆使用者表达了对线缆绝缘、外壳和其它材料在燃烧过程中会产生酸性气体的担忧,这种酸性气体会对未起火的电子器件造成很大危害。因此有必要开发出公认的方法(通过大量循环试验)来确定电缆部件燃烧时产生气体的酸度,这样可以对电缆规格进行统一的限定。由于不是在一整根线缆上测试,所以在进行风险评估时应考虑线缆各组成部分的实际材料体积。
